ROLL UP DOORS DIRECT - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST
ROLL UP DOORS DIRECT - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST - Worst experience ever - terrible customer service - Leslie should be fired, will never buy from them again. I ordered a door from Leslie, she took my money, told her i wanted to collect from the GA factory the next day. Drove 8 hours (4 each way) from SC to GA, truck and trailer, $200 in gas. Got there - NO DOOR - factory said 2 weeks before they would make it. I promised my customer installation within a few days based on Leslie at Roll Up Doors Direct. I expected Roll up doors direct to ship the door to me free - no says Leslie and just refunds my money. ROLL UP DOORS DIRECT - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST - The measure of a good company is how they fix the problems they create - Roll up doors direct is the worst experience i have ever had.
